As the founder and General Manager of Million House Real Estate in Erbil, I believe the real estate sector is one of the most successful fields and the most responsive to community development needs. My leadership is grounded in a strong academic and legal background — I am a professor specialized in public law and economic legislation, holding a Master’s degree in Economic Legislation from the Faculty of Law at Mansoura University in Egypt, along with a higher diploma and bachelor’s degree in public law.

Alongside my work as a university professor and lecturer in the Law Department, and having obtained a Pedagogy certificate from Erbil Technical University, I take pride in my prior experience as a consultant to the International Rescue Committee (IRC). I am also active as a researcher in economic and political affairs, with papers published in international Scopus-indexed journals on public debt and sustainable development in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
